If the order fails to meet your expectation, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 20 days of receiving the order. Returned items should be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return items must be shipped in fully prepaid and non-refundable.

In the rare instance that Online-Shopping-China ships incorrect order, a correction will be shipped at no charge by the original shipping method.

 

One-Year Warranty

 

In the unlikely event that a product is defective, the manufacturer's warranty applies. We offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty. If you need to make a claim on the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us and return the item via a prepaid mail to us for exchange, repair or refund. A free ship of a replacement, repaired artworks, a part or full refund may be available. We will require evidence of any defect, which may be in the form of e-mailing a clear documentation of the problem.

 

Risk Free Shipment

 

Our shipping prices include full insurance for lost or damaged goods. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to retain a copy.

In the remote event that your item is lost or confirmed damaged please email us within three days after receiving the order and keep the original package and all packing material for possible carrier claim inspection.

If you've decided to return an item to us, you'll need a Return Identification Number (RI No). All returns require a RI No. in order for us to accept it as a valid return.
