- To apply a customized service, please fill out Customized Service Online Inquiry Form and give us as much details as possible. We will accommodate your request whenever possible and send you a response email shortly.

If your required service is acknowledged by us, a Customized Service Number (CSN) will be accordingly assigned and adjustment charge are confirmed to cover the cost difference over our standard service.

Once after getting CSN from us, you can thereafter start to make your order online by simply follow the instruction.

- We ship our orders worldwide.
The standard delivery service is to ship the orders to certain destinations, called primary destination. If your destination is included in the Primary Destination List, just carry on the online order. Otherwise, please apply a customized service first.

- It depends. Our online shopping cart only allows items with the SAME SHIPPING INFORMATION (both shipping method and shipping address) simultaneously.
- To order multiple items with different shipping methods or to the different delivery addresses, please make separate orders.

- All orders from us are shipped with full insurance. They are also inspected during packing to make sure there is no breakage. - We offer combined shipping discount based on the total encasement volume for all international customers buying multiple terracotta warriors. Our system will automatically combine all your items in the shopping cart and calculated the discount.

For shipment to a destination port listed in the Primary Destination, we charge a flat rate of $160 per cubic meter of the encasement volume (the volume of end packing). The minimum charge is one cubic meter. Whereas exceeding one cubic meter will be charged as the actual volume. The encasement volume of a statue can be found in its info page.
e.g. If we sent separately a full size kneeling archer (ID No. 1989, encasement volume 0.59) and a full size Dignified General (ID No. 1912, encasement volume 0.99), the total shipping cost will be $160+$160=$320. If we combined the shipping, the total shipping cost will be $160X(0.99+0.59)=$252.8 with the discount of $67.2. Please note in the combined shipping, all statues will be packed separately and shipped together.
- To receive combined shipping discount, all the terracotta warriors must be in the same order with the same delivery address.
- •What does the shipping cost include?

- For shipping within Mainland China, the shipping cost includes payment to economic road transportation to your address and the full insurance.

For a standard service to all the other destinations, the shipping cost includes the payment to road transportation and sea freight from our warehouse to the destination port you appointed and also the cost of full insurance.

- •What does the total payment include? What else do I need to pay before getting the terracotta warrior I ordered?

- Our total payments include payment to the item you order, shipping cost and customized service adjustment charge over the standard service.
- Orders pass through to destination ports are subject to destination charge and customs clearance fees, which must be paid in force in your country in compliance with your local regulations and rules. You are responsible for paying these additional fees, which is normally various from countries. For specific customs, duties and tariff information, please contact the customs agency in your country.
- •Do you provide door to door delivery for international order? What's the cost?
