Initiate a Terracotta Warrior Statue Commission

 

1. Start with a Style: To begin a custom project, we first need to know whom you want to be? An Emperor, an Ancient General, an Officer, an Archer, an Infantryman or a Cavalry?   2. Send us your photos and Confirm Your Commission: Send your photos to photo@online-shopping-china.com. We also need a series of photographs of your close-up head from front, side and back. Remember... the highest resolution, the better the likeness will be, and our recommend pixel is 1024X768 or more. You confirm the commission to us by making the order and sending the payment. We will contact you and discuss with you regarding your project.

 

3. Preview and Modification:

When the sculpture is nearly finished, we will send you the photo with an email for your review and to make adjustments and progress the sculpture portrait. This is largely played out until you and we are both satisfied with the likeness and ultimately have arrived at the fine art piece.

 

4. Final Confirmation:

We will then get the bust fired in the kiln and assemble the statue. Finally, upon completion of the work in exterior finishing, we will send you the photograph of the finial result. After getting your finial confirmation, we shall ship out your statue.

Please note it is our policy that you are 100% thrilled with your statue. So you can request for modifications until you are fully satisfied with the order.

 

Timescale for a commission

 

Estimated time from your order to finished statue is around five to ten weeks including firing and drying time. We need this time to produce your quality statue, the attention to details in creation and communicate with you.
