Sales and Prices

That is, we don't reduce prices on selected items for a while, and then jack them back up. If you need it today, you can buy it today. We do offer clearances on items, sizes and the others that we are discontinuing. The difference between this and a sale is that an Online-Shopping-China's clearance is a one-way street: once we've reduced the price, that price applies until all the stock is gone, and we will never again sell the item at a higher price.
The total payment of an order includes the products' price subtotal, shipping & handling cost and customized service charge. Market conditions and competitive pressures may cause prices and availability to change without further notice. Additionally, although great care is taken in the production of the online-shoppingchina.com web site, typographical, illustrative or pricing errors may occur. Payment

 

Payment must be cleared before any orders are prepared or dispatched. You have the options to the payment method and please note sufficient time must be allowed to clear prior to delivery. All payment transactions will be handled by the third party you selected and they will be responsible for the security of your bank account or credit card. Online-Shopping-China will not take liability for any consequential loss or damage.

 

 

Delivery and Shipping

 

It is our policy to send your order to you as quickly as possible. In return we expect you to check the delivery address carefully. Should any cost be arisen for sending the wrong address you provided, you may have to pay for it. We regret that we cannot specify the precise date of delivery at the time that you place your order. Yet you will be given an approximate delivery time on Info Page under "ship info." As we have no control over the postal and shipping service we cannot accept any liability for late delivery.

 

 

Order Cancellation

 

You can at any time cancel an order to get refund until the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once after the items have been dispatched, you cannot cancel the order. However, you can return the item suitably packaged for refund. For full details please read Warranty and Returns. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it is not paid within 5 working days. We also might cancel an order and give a full refund in the rare event that those listed on the web site are unavailable if for any reason while you don't accept replacement.

 

 

Replacement

 

Replacement items will always be of the same or higher quality than the one it replaces. When the replacement is of a significantly higher quality or price, you must cover the difference. We will always get an accept from you before shipping replacement items. If a replacement isn't accepted we will refund your costs (within reason and law).

We reserve the right to terminate your accounts, in our discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe your conduct is harmful to the interests of any Third Parties or us.

 

 

Consequential Loss

 

We accept no liability whatsoever for any consequential loss or damage and will not pay for: damage that occurs as a result of repairs or alteration made without our approval; loss or damage relating to your business and homes.
