Ship Policy

 

Online-Shopping-China wants you to get your order as easy and fast as possible. The long-term cooperation with the leading delivery providers enables us to provide the shipping and delivery service based on your orders and shipment’s destination in a cost effective way.

 

We ship large scale figures (full-size, 3/4 size and half size) within Mainland China via Road Transportation while to the international destinations via Sea Freight. If you have special shipping requests, please let us know.

 

Ship Within Mainland China-Economic Road Transportation

 

Large scale Qin figures going to Mainland China destinations are normally shipped by economic road transportation. We will ship to your door. The detailed shipping information can be found in the 'Info Page'. Our system can automatically calculate the shipping cost during check out.

 

Ship Out of Mainland China-International Sea Freight

 

Ship Duration

We ship large scale Qin figures internationally in containers via sea freight. All delivery times listed on the Info Page are APPROXIMATE and exclude any delays in passing through customs. If your package experiences delays in passing though customs, the delivery time may be increased.

 

Ship Cost

Shipping charge is based on the total packing encasement volume and shipping destination.

If the volume of the total order is less than one cubic meter, it will be regarded as one cubic meter, while exceeding one cubic meter will be charged as the actual volume.

The shipping cost also depends on the destination port. The flat rate of shipping & handling and the full insurance is $160 per cubic meter to a Primary Destination Port.

 

Ship Service

Our standard shipping service will deliver your orders to certain destinations ports, called Primary Destination. With this door to port delivery service, you arrange to collect your order personally from the destination terminal. We will ship to any destination. If your origin/destination is not included in the Primary Destination, please let us know by filling Customized Service Application Form, for a specific quote for your shipment.

We also provide door to door customized service. From the time we process your order to the time it is delivered to your destination address, we handle everything. Please Apply the Customized Service for quoting before order.

 

Further Required Payment

All countries impose their own customs, duties, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from China. You are responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, and duties assessed by your country at the time of delivery. You are also responsible for the destination charge like local unloading and dock/port charges. These vary according to destinations, which are separate from your shipping charges, and you will be billed directly from them. Please bear in mind that we have no control over the actions of customs services anywhere in the world and cannot exactly quote the further payment.

Our door to door customized service charges include the prepayment of the customs fees, destination charge and the delivery charges to your door. Thus there is almost nothing else to pay at destination. Door to port shipping service excludes these services at destination and as such is less expensive.

 

Collect and Receive Orders

The documents for the custom clearance will be normally sent from Online-Shopping-China. Your local agents will contact you prior to arrival, where possible, by phone, email or fax. They can also arrange customs clearance and local delivery, if not already set up with us at the time of shipment, please call them and check it in advance. It also allows you to shop around for local rates, or to use the options you happy with.
